WHY MORE BALLOT PAPERS FOR ONLY PRESIDENTIAL POLL

WHY THE EXTRA BALLOT PAPERS COULD BE AN EVIL SCHEME.

Who else cannot understand the issue of an extra 1.2 million votes? Well for me I don't, and somebody should help me, maybe am a slow learner.

First, is it 1.2 million or 1% of 19.6 million that is 196 000? Whatever, it does not matter. Why the extra ballot papers for presidential elections only and not the other 5 positions?

The figure looks smaller especially if it spread in the over 48,000 polling stations, which could be as small as 5 votes. I don't want to bring to your attention where one single vote permanently altered elections outcomes. It happens that one vote  in many occasions has decided whoever won an election.

The court of appeal overturned judge Odungas ruling on similar grounds. Where it was found non substantive to allow Al Ghurair to print other ballot papers, apart from presidential.

Let me ask again on behalf of Justice Odunga, why more ballot papers for only presidential election and not for governorship, women rep, MP and MCA?. These extra papers will be a loophole for rigging according to me.

Everybody knows, turnout cannot be 100% in fact it hardly hits 90% so that KIEMS will not ululate of excess registered voters. These extra ballot papers were uncalled for. They can only be used in rigging.
