IEBC NOT READY FOR JUBILEE ELECTION AMENDMENTS

Roselyn Akombe yesterday expressed her fears and shock over what Senator Murkomen said legal reforms pre-repeat elections. She said if a new legal regimen is used to administer elections, they( IEBC) will be compelled to adjust their training model for IEBC staff, the result being need for more time to prepare.
Jubilee is planning to make it mandatory for votes recount in case of a dispute. This immunizes incumbent governments from culpability in case ballot stuffing is done. Remember incumbent government can collude with ballot paper printing firm to secretly print extra ballots ostensibly for rigging purposes.
They also seek to trim the powers of the IEBC Commission chair. This only means the Chairman will be subject to manipulation by the government.

Apart from these, they also intend to adopt Lady Justice Njoki's dissention that numbers represent the will of the people more than the processes producing those numbers. Literally Njoki argued that it is the number of votes in the ballot box that matter even when those ballot papers found their way into those ballot boxes by Osmosis. What a learned friend? Ha ha haaa.

Also, Jubilee wish to a mend the laws to cut down to size the powers of the Judiciary particularly Supreme court. This can be translated to mean, Supreme court will not possess the power to overturn an irregularly and illegally elected presidency. So sad the Executive arm of government using the legislature arm to usurp, a nihilate, dismember or cripple an arm of government that deals directly with the law of the land by interpreting and implementing the law.

A FEW PICKS ABOUT VALENTINE AND BROKEN HEARTS.

I have been following on Valentine's day heartbreaking escapades of what sacrifices guys made for the sake of love, and am left in a reality limbo. The question that rings in my mind is is if indeed love exists? A man braced himself for a two year jail term sentence for an offence which was perpetrated by his lover. Sadly the girl who stole from her father a good amount of money went ahead to incriminate her husband after they had agreed the husband would come in to stand in for his wife in prison. By the time the guy was released from incarceration his love had left him. In a separate incidence a lady boycotted their wedding, broke a relationship two days to the wedding, fled and eloped with a white German man. It happened that two days to the wedding, one of the brides maid called the groom who was far from the wedding venue, telling him the wedding was bound not to be. The groom got concerned,,travelled down south to interrogate the issue one on one. When he found the bride,...

MONEY MAKES MAN MAD

Money is the exact opposite of the Holy spirit. Money changes people. When a poor person finally gets money, the person changes like a snake that sheds it's exo-skeleton or like a caterpillar that becomes a butterfly or a moth. The moth can never remember it's Caterpillar life.  Wait! Almost everyone who was not borne in a flood of money. Some men immediately start to think, they can be sponsors or even to the extreme end, add onto themselves more wives and concubines. Some men all of a sudden fall out of love with the women who stood with them at their lowest height below poverty level.  The worse though are women. when a woman who had not known money comes to find good money in the palm of her hands. Immediately she compulsively feels, " I don't need a man. Where can I take a man. I am independent. I can pay my rent, buy any clothe I want, I can buy a car and do everything I want. No I don't need a man."  That is when a married woman stops ...

RAILA ODINGA THE PRESIDENT

RAILA ODINGA THE PRESIDENT. Kenyans knew in their hearts ever since 8/8/2017 Raila ODINGA and his running mate Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka won the presidential elections of 2017. The mendate Kenyans hopefully bestowed upon Raila and Kalonzo was usurped by Uhuruto in a Machiavellian way. In broad day light victory was stolen from NASA. The culture of stealing elections or electoral injustice dates back to 1960s when Kenya was a non democratic state. Sadly the Devil of electoral injustice is still lording over us to date. Yesterdays swearing in ceremony of Raila, not as the people's president but as the president of the republic of Kenya, which was snubbed by his own very running mate and co principles due to fear of death hence watering down its relevance has left many who had no idea of electoral injustice scratching their heads. Yesterday's national event, national because Kenyans came out in large numbers, almost 200 times the few Kenyans who attended Jubilee coronation cer...
