ROSELYN AKOMBE STEALS SHOW TO BE THE MASHUJAA HEROIN

NOT THE LEAST ARE ELECTION HEROES. I don't want the sun to go down without honouring a few more heroes. You know that when the sun sets and dusk arrives, its a new day, according to the order of Creation. Let me take you back to the historical jurisprudence. It happened Dr. Roslyn Kwamboka Akombe was in court when Chief Justice, David Kenani Maraga was giving a tumultuous bomb of justice. After few days Dr. Akombe proselytized herself into the religious faith of Chief Justice. If there is another man or woman who fears God in the defunct IEBC, led by Wafula Chebukati and Ezra Chiloba. She was moved by Maraga's integrity and fear for God. Chiloba has not resigned. He is taking us for fools. Of what use is a 3 week vacation? The fact that he has accepted his iniquities in the foregoing nullified and  shambolic election, is sufficient proof for him to be prosecuted and jailed. His actions are synonymous to those of a hunter who after setting perfectly his bait - contrivance,

DR.ROSELYNE AKOMBE REFUSES TO BE PARTY TO AN EVIL CONSPIRACY.

I don't understand why some people are not only opposed but have also condemned commissioner Dr.Akombe for resigning. I am disturbed that as a commissioner you do not enjoy the inalienable right to resign from duty at your own discretion. Am sure commission chairman Wafula Wanyonyi Chebukati and a few more are dying to resign but the state won't have any of it. The question that begs, is why are Kenyan political leaders quick to cling to power like Robert Mugabe or Yoweri Museveni. It is not just because power corrupts or is sweet. It is because those who ascend to power see power as the shortcut to riches. Those wallowing in power squander the power which is placed under their custody. Of course the power does not belong to them but the sovereign people. Yet they ignominiously abuse the power they are custodian of. Most Kenyan leaders view power as the only alley to the feeding trough - that is the public coffers. Once they get their mouths into the clover trough, they rav

THE KISS OF DEATH

KISS THE BULLET. The reason protesters are not being arrested but instead are being shot dead can be attributed to many reasons. First, NASA has tyranny of super-smart lawyers who will win any  free and fair court hearing and representation and hence the government cannot go that route.  Two, protesting is a fundamental right that does not belong to the state and arresting the protesters is like, using goats to  plough as the chicken pull the plough. Three, shooting dead protesters is in a way concealing evidence that can be concealed. For instance, It was alleged that after Mike Okoth was felled in Kondele passy, the crooks came and slit his neck and made away with the bullet that silenced him ostensibly to tamper with evidence. Four, live bullets is over- excessive force and this, the Jubilee honchos think will scare the shit out of NASA supporters. Unfortunately nothing, not even a bullet can stop a man who has resolved to only want change( an idea whose time has come).

HOW SHE TRIED TO STEAL HER HUSBAND

Am thinking about the phrase, "wanaume ni wale wale" and I think the person who coined it was thinking polygamy or multiple relationships. However, "wanawake pia ni wale wale." Whether she be a PhD holder or illiterate nothing much changes( not my opinion). The same lie a man/boy uses on a 12 year old girl is the same lie a man uses on a 40 to 50 year old woman. How can you explain when a grown ass lady sees a man with his wife, a wife living in another town due to one or two reasons. The man keeps eyeing this naive woman in the thirties. The dude this same old lie, he's parted ways with the wife. The reason being, his wife cheated on him. The lady experienced in life buys the old cliche and finds herself madly in the man. Why do women think they can outdo the outgoing woman? What makes a woman think she's better than the woman who left the man?  Here is where women go wrong and end up in a circus of failed relationships. The lady after a few days of s

ELECTIONS ARE EVIL HENCE THE SHEDDING OF BLOOD

THE TROUBLE WITH KENYAN ELECTIONS The current legal stalemate bedeviling the country can be attributed to reluctance on the part of Kenyan institutions to adhere to the rule of law. The chief culprit is the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and the government. Jubilee party has merged with the state so that the country is not ruled by the Jubilee government but by the Jubilee party. The party even controlling an independent IEBC This diabolic precedence started way back in 2013 when Jubilee, not in a free and fair manner, rigged their way to statehouse.   The Supreme Court then did not make satisfactory findings, though the petitioner accepted the verdict. Since then the party had been choreographing another rigging scheme. Although democracy entails the decision of the majority to prevail, Jubilee has taken advantage to exercise tyranny. The government rules its own way independent of the wishes of the people. Even annihilating and trampling the law more often

ELECTION LAW AMENDMENTS

WHY ELECTORAL AMENDMENTS ARE A RECIPE FOR CHAOS. I think these amendments to electoral laws are the ultimate recipe for war and violence. The laws open a legal conundrum which even lawyers cannot unlock. I see a situation in which more than one president will be announced winners if the elections are to be held. Come to think of it. If three commissioners with one acting as the chair can declare a President then the probability of Kenya declaring two presidents concurrently is more than half. It is obvious, the chairman can disappear in the like manner Chris Chege Msando disappeared. Shit do happens. If this happens and the vice assumes the powers of the chair to declare a candidate validly elected president or any other member then voila! If there is a law that will haunt the nation, it is these impromptu amendments. We can run and run from the fact of the matter; these amendments are engineered to create a conducive atmosphere and act as an incentive to rigging. After the ci

SAFARICOM'S INEVITABLE WOES

I have been thinking about Safaricom and the impact of their alleged role in August eighth poll rigging. I am made to understand the company so far, in just a matter of days has already lost over 2 million subscribers. This is a grim picture of the future of the company in the communication market as Airtel equally gets the unfair advantage necessitated by Safari com's downfall. Consider an arbitrary estimate, where the company is to make an average profit of ksh 1000 per subscriber per year. This implies Safaricom is already bracing for a loss of about 2 billion at the end of the year. I don't work with the company and so don't take my theory to be the gospel truth. Loosing 2 million subscribers in days means at the end of the year its subscription could plummete to less than 5 million. Honestly, the company was adamant to cooperate with Louis Moreno Ocampo and Ben Souda in their attempt to retrieve phonecalls belonging to then President Uhuru and his deputy while they
