WHY IEBC SHOULD NOT RENEGE ON ELECTION RULES. Wafula   Chebukati, must be the most troubled man, sitting on such a hot seat that is the IEBC chair. I am intrigued by his meeting with the presidential aspirants yesterday and how the contenders are pushing him over the cliff to waver on laid down rules concerning presidential nominations. I don’t find any reason why a country like Kenya should register such a huge number of aspirants for the post of president.
